Creamy Cashew Dressing
…it’s creamy. It’s simple. And my favorite part, it’s very versatile.
Take this dressing recipe and adjust the water ratio to give it a different spin. Use a little less water to take your dressing to a drizzle. Use even less water to use it as a dip for your favorite crudité. You can even add different spices. It’s a fun base dressing to play around with!
2 cups of raw cashews, soaked
½ cup of water
¼ cup of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
Sea salt, tt
Start by draining your soaked cashews. Throw your soaked cashews into a high-speed blender. Add your lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt. Blend on low and slowly add your water. Increase speed gradually and blend until a creamy, smooth texture forms.
Pour into your favorite air-tight glass jar and store up to five days!
